Welcome! I am Yucheng Quan (全禹澄), a PhD candidate in economics at the University of Hong Kong. I am currently visiting at the Department of Economics of Duke University.
My research interests lie in the fields of industrial organization, environmental economics, and political economy, with a particular focus on information intermediaries (auditor/certifier/verifier/notary). My current research agenda includes two topics: one is on studying the role of information intermediaries in various markets and policies regulating information intermediaries using IO approaches; another is on the political economy of environmental regulation.

Over half of the transactions on high-value artworks in Chinese calligraphy auction market are associated to the bribery demand before the anti-elegant-corruption policy. The first quantitative study revealing the extent to which the art market can hide illicit activities.
