Welcome! I am Yucheng Quan, a PhD candidate in economics at the University of Hong Kong. 

My research applies text‑as‑data and IO methods to study questions in environmental economics and political economy. Current projects focus on information frictions in the environmental impact assessment (EIA) industry, green certification schemes, environmental regulation, and healthcare. 

In 2024 Fall–2025 Spring, I was a visiting scholar at the Department of Economics at Duke University.
